Inta Linda Moylan, 63, passed away peacefully alongside her family on May 9th, 2024, after a decade long fight against cancer. Born on July 1st, 1960, to her loving parents Edgar Klavins and Christa Pfau. Inta grew up in Wethersfield, graduating from Wethersfield High School in 1978 before attending Stone Academy. She eventually settled in Newington to raise her children, spending several years in Florida, before ultimately returning to her home state of Connecticut until the time of her passing. Inta is survived by her husband of 31 years, her two children, as well as her three grandchildren.Â
Her joys were pure and deep. She loved her work, whether it was her longstanding career in real estate, her work as a florist, or her time spent in management at Bradley International Airport in Windsor Locks. Inta nourished her efforts with the same care she took in every facet of her life. She found joy in traveling to new places, and was always especially moved by music. Inta's life was itself a melody composed of precious moments of love, laughter, and endless generosity. Each day was an opportunity to live in a way which echoed her values. She gave her warmth and light freely to her most cherished loved ones, as well as anyone she encountered in a place of need. She enveloped others in unconditional support, laying a strong foundation for others' sense of "home". Inta's appreciation for life and love, with all of its beauty and its challenges, is a testament to the power of connectedness, and the strength found in an unwavering faith in God.Â
Inta's family would like to honor her life with a church service at the Church of Christ Congregational located at 1075 Main Street, Newington, CT 06111 on May 30th at 11:00 am. Those of you that cannot attend in person, the service will be live streamed. The live stream will be hosted on YouTube and may be accessed via the church website, or the direct link posted below. Close friends and family members are invited to a luncheon after the church service, details to follow.
I met Inta through the her Aunt Gerlinda’s family way back in the 70’s when she was a young teenager. She was a lovely young girl and very kind. I had the chance to correspond with her on Facebook a few years back and could easily tell she was still lovely and kind. Traits clearly reminiscent of her mom and aunt. My condolences to all her family and friends.

I admired Inta for her incredible strength. She was a strong, brave, funny woman. I’ll forever think of her during UConn women’s basketball!
