Kimberly Boardman of Bristol, CT, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 26, 2025. She was born in Waterville, Maine, the daughter of the late Robert Boardman and Earlene Ferland.
Kim spent most of her life in Bristol and was known for her generous heart—whether it was caring for the pets she adored or the many friends she made along the way. Despite facing numerous obstacles, she maintained a positive outlook and will be remembered for her humor, warmth, and gift for storytelling.
A natural caregiver, Kim spent many years working with the residents of New Horizons Village in Unionville, CT—a role she cherished, especially when working alongside her sister.
Kim was predeceased by her father, Robert Boardman; her mother and stepfather, Earlene and Richard Ferland; and her beloved sister, Jonelle Ferland.
She is survived by her devoted daughter, Devon Davis, her son-in-law, Justin Davis, and her cherished grandson, Easton. She also leaves behind her brother, Mark Ferland, and his wife, Diane, of Bristol, CT; and her brother, Scott Boardman, and his wife, Barbara, of Arizona. In addition, she is survived by her much-loved nieces and nephews: Jesse, Kyle, Rebecca, Cate, and Zach. Kim also leaves her lifelong best friend of over 50 years, Debbie Dube of Plainville, CT.
A private memorial service will be held at the convenience of her family.
