It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we must announce the passing of Larry Dean Fitzgerald on May 9, 2023 after a short illness. He was at peace in the end and we are thankful for the wonderful care provided at Bride Brook Health Care. He is survived by his daughter Alena Fitzgerald (Joe) and son Phillip Fitzgerald. After distinguished service in the military, including two tours in Vietnam, Larry devoted his life to his family and his work in the wire and cable extrusion industry. Larry recently retired from a full time position with Graham Engineering. While we are broken-hearted, it is fitting that he passed away the same week as the Interwire show, where he spent so much time presiding over events in past years. It is incredible how many of his friends have posted condolences and we appreciate that you will all miss the “Godfather of Wire & Cable.”
