Melinda Lee Bennet passed away on Jan 26th 2021, at L&M hospital; having succumbed to long term illness at the age of 53.
Born on Dec. 29th 1967, New London , CT. Mindy created three amazing children. Her daughters Laura and Kelsey, and a son Clay. Her family flourished, leaving seven beautiful grandchildren. Mindy was survived by her mother Jane Watson. Also surviving is her father Harry Watson with his wife Kim; and from them, her brothers Luke, Sam, and her sister Hannah.
Mindy loved being out on the ocean with her family. Riding and caring for horses with her children. She found love riding motorcycles. Mindy was like a rose. Beautiful, barbed, and wild. The world has became less bright with her passing; but the family she left behind will carry her memory and the radiance she created will always remain.
