Carl Anthony Neals

Carl Anthony Neals, 66, of Hartford, CT, passed away on June 27, 2026. Born on June 21, 1960, to Tommie and Leover Neals. Carl grew up with a lifelong passion for music, photography, and cars. He graduated from Weaver High School in 1978.

Carl was deeply involved in the live music scene and found immense joy in spending time with his family. Whether he was talking about his favorite tunes or capturing memories behind the lens, you could always catch him with a camera in his hand and a song in his heart.

Carl is survived by his children, Brandyn (Britney) and Bridjette (Kenny); his granddaughter, Kamryn; his siblings, Cecilia, Tommie, Lydia, Gussie, Louis, Ronald, Patricia, and Michael; and numerous nieces, nephews, and close friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother, Mark.

His joy for life and dancing feet will live on through us all.

A celebration of Carl’s life will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at Maneely’s.
