
Carmen L. Bolduc, 88, passed away peacefully on November 2, 2024, with all her loving family by her side. She was born in Bristol CT on September 14, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Alfred & Eva Dubord and the loving wife of Jean-Gilles Bolduc.
She worked at New Departure Hyatt for 25 years and at Ultimate Wireforms Inc. for over 10 years until she retired.
Carmen joined the Bristol Senior Center and enjoyed being with all her friends. She also proudly volunteered at the coffee shop and the boutique. She really enjoyed spending her time with many old friends and the occasional new friend. She also enjoyed being with her loving family for a weekend of camping or a sunny day on the boat.
She is survived by her son Marcel Bolduc, wife Joyce Bolduc, her daughter Diane Bolduc Kelley, fiancé Jeff Massicott, daughter-in-law Susan Bolduc. Her grandchildren Jason Bolduc, Jamie Rose Niemann, husband Eric Niemann, Michelle Bolduc, Ryan Bolduc, Kyle Bolduc, fiancé Kristen DeAngelo, Jillian Kelley, fiancé Chris Elsdon, Jenna Kelley and partner Nick Bartos. Her great grandchildren, Connor Bolduc, Haylee Bolduc, Justin Bolduc, Mason Niemann, Carter Niemann, Gavin Niemann. Also, her loving sister Simonne Corriveau, a niece Lisa Trahan, husband Mark Trahan, a Godchild Amber Sanford, husband Jack Sanford, a great nephew Eric Trahan, and a special dear friend, Richard Parenti.
She was predeceased by her husband Jean-Gilles Bolduc, her two sons Michael Bolduc and Claude Bolduc, her grandson Jesse Bolduc and her nephew Paul Corriveau.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt Thank You to the staff at Mid-State Medical Center who took such good care during her stay as well as Doreen Bottone, Chaplain, who provided her with prayer and comforting conversations.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday (November 14, 2024) at 10:30am at St. Gregory The Great Church, 235 Maltby Street, Bristol. Burial will follow at St. Joseph Cemetery, Bristol. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
Nana Bolduc I loved you from the very first time we met and always looked for the good in people partly my Mom taught me that and you as well. You was loved by all who met you and I’m sure you will be another Guardian angel for upstairs but you were always a guardian angel while you were on this earth we will all love and miss you. Condolences to all the family and love ones so very sorry for your loss.
