Catherine(Cariseo)Voisine, 73, today, our hearts were saddened as our Dear mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, friend and girlfriend entered into eternal rest, surrounded by her family and friends. Kathy loved everyone. She had a heart of GOLD and was a gift to all, sharing love, fun and the happiness whenever in her presence. Kathy leaves her beloved daughter, Nicole Dominguez and husband Carlos, of South Windsor who she adored, two beautiful grandsons CJ and Christopher, both who she loved dearly. Kathy leaves her long time boyfriend, Gary Cyr who she loved very much. She also leaves her ex-husband Al Voisine. Kathy leaves three siblings, Jean Harrison and her husband Paul of Ohio, Michael Cariseo and his partner Diane DiBiase of Windsor Locks, Patty Stein and husband Jack of Vernon . She was predeceased by her parents, Ralph Sr and Catherine Cariseo, brother Ralph Cariseo Jr, and her sister Mary Anne Wilcox. She leaves so many loved nieces and nephews and their families/children that will all truely miss her laughter, wit and love. They were all very Special to Kathy. She also had a special little camping buddy who she never got to meet but loved seeing her pictures. Kathy loved the beach, playing rummy, and camping. She camped for so many years at Hammonassett with Gary, her family and friends. Kathy was a great cook, and the Queen of making Glumpkies. We will all miss her terribly, but will hold on to all the love and fun times shared. Anytime you see a Lady Bug, Kathy is smiling down. There are no calling hours. Please remember your most special times that were enjoyed with her and share kindness.

Dear Cousin,
Someone famous said that the best times spent in this world cannot be seen nor touched, but are felt in the heart. I grew up visiting the Cariseos on Sundays with Mom & Dad, my brothers and lil sister. And in the summer both of our families would meet at Misquamicut for fun in the sun body surfing and burying each other in the sand. Both families combined together made for 11 kids and finally girls outnumbered the boys! When I remember Cousin Cathy, I’ll remember Misquamicut happiness. Be happy in Heaven, Cousin Cathy. Love, Deedee
We were deeply saddened to hear of Cathy's passing. We have very fond memories of our Cousins' Christmas get-togethers with Cathy and Gary, Mic and Diane and Patty and Jack at Ruby Tuesdays in Windsor Locks. May the many happy and joyful memories of Kathy bring much comfort to her family and friends.
Rest in everlasting peace Kathy.

Though I never had a chance to meet Kathy in person, my family and her 'special camping buddy' have a very special place in our hearts for her. She will be missed at the campground for sure. We appreciate all that she and Gary did for our family at our time of loss, and we will be here for her family in their time of need too. From everything I have heard about her from her wonderful sister Patty, she was truly loved and she will be missed. Rest in Peace Kathy. 🐞
