CHARLOTTE P (DANNA) KELLEY, the DAUGHTER of the LATE CHARLES AND ELLEN DANNA OF MOOSUP CT; Charlotte passed away at home surrounded by her family on September 17TH, 2023 she was born in WINCHESTER MASS on MARCH 2, 1944. Charlotte moved to CT with her family in 1953.
Charlotte had a wide range of skills using many of them from her early years a Deputy sheriff in Martin County Fla, to a dedicated Bookkeeper / office manager for Colonial Built Homes, Inc / Corson Sand and Stone and Nu-stone MFG for 50 yrs; as well as a public servant as Justice of Peace in the Town of Plainfield in Windham County.
Charlotte is survived by her Children Lori and Wayne Orange of Hampton; Kim Collelo of Uncasville; David Kelley of Coral Springs, FL and Christopher and Melissa Kelley of Moosup, as well as twelve (12) GRANDCHILDREN, 13 (thirteen) GREAT GRANDCHILDREN
10 BOTHERS AND SISTERS – Veronica Danna Bolton, Charles & Diane Danna of Bolton, Douglas (Michael) & Cam Danna of Manchester, Leslie and Boyd Nielson Brooklyn, Steven and Marsha Danna Brooklyn, Richard and Carol Danna Killingly, William of Plainfield, CT., Laurel and Donald Briere Killingly, Cori Mahoney of Canterbury, Kristen Langlois and Glen of Plainfield and several nieces and nephews.
She was PREDECEASED by her brother Robert Danna of Plainfield, her sister Maria Daigle of Plainfield and her son-in-law Vincent Collelo Sr.
A service will be held on Monday 9/25/23 at 5pm at Faithway Community Church 190 Wauregan Rd Killingly, CT. Immediately following there will be a gathering to celebrate her life.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to St. Jude Children Research Hospital or the American Cancer Society in her name.
