Chun Fong

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Chun Fong (72), who passed away peacefully on February 7, 2024.

Chun is survived by his beloved wife, Christine Hong Fong, loving daughter and son-in-law, Diana and Joey Gallo and his cherished grandchildren, Zoey and Brandon Gallo. He adored his grandchildren and family, and was happiest spending time with them.

In addition to being a loving family man and devoted husband, he was a master craftsman. He designed and built many beautiful works of carpentry for his home and other family members. He was most proud of the stone wall he built in the backyard of his Shelton home. Chun was a hard-working man that always put family and friends first. Never shy to helping others. A genuine great soul. 

Chun’s departure leaves a void that can never be filled, but his legacy of love, courage, and compassion will live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. May he rest in eternal peace.
