Cindy Jean (Badeau) Sullivan, 69 of Rockville, CT has passed away peacefully on December 2, 2025 at Manchester Hospital. She was a graduate of  Penny High, East Hartford, CT class of 1976 . She is predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Barbara (McRae) Badeau of East Hartford, CT, and her sister Susan (Badeau) Mateya of Manchester CT. She is survived by her daughters,  Kristy Sullivan of Alma, AR and Melissa Sullivan-Johnston of Van Buren, AR. In lieu of flowers , donations will be accepted at Saint Jude children’s research Hospital 501 Saint Jude Pl., Memphis, TN 38105
