Middletown – Donna Forrest Miller, 75, passed away peacefully Wednesday, March 23, 2022, at the Water’s Edge Center for Health and Rehabilitation in Middletown, CT.
Donna was born in Manchester, CT August 4, 1946, the daughter of the late Robert and Corinne O’Coin Forrest. Donna was raised in Manchester, graduating from Manchester High School in 1964. She married her beloved husband, Justin Gerard (Jerry) Miller, in October 1966 and raised her family in central Connecticut. She is predeceased by husband Jerry, her son, Derrick Matthew, and her sister, Nancy Forrest Worthington.
Donna is survived by her son Thomas and wife Maura of Marshfield Hills, MA and her brother, Harry of East Haddam, CT. Donna also leaves her three granddaughters that she adored, Meredith, Maeve and Maggie Miller of Marshfield Hills, MA.
A graveside service will be held at the State Veterans Cemetery in Middletown, CT on April 2, 2022 at 9:00 AM, where she will be laid to rest with her husband. Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association at alz.org.
