Douglas E. Bradshaw Sr, 64, of Beacon Falls, CT passed on Sunday, February 10th in Derby, CT surrounded by his family.
Douglas was raised in Newtown, CT. by his loving parents Albert and Ruth (Woodin) Bradshaw. His greatest loves were his children, grandchildren, dogs and fishing. He was an amazing father and a friend to many. He had a great sense of humor and always made you smile. He enjoyed taking to the open road on his Harley and fishing with his nephew Zack.
He was predeceased by his brother Albert and sister Sharon, survived by his brothers James and Dennis, children Douglas Jr. and Jennifer, and grandchildren Elena, Hailey and Jase.
Douglas had wished that there be no funeral, so a Celebration of Life will be held for Friends and Family at Chapel Hall, 10 Center St. Prospect, CT. on Saturday, February 23rd from 5-8 pm.
