Douglas J. Beck, 59 Naugatuck Native, passed away on October 6, 2023, surrounded by his children. Doug was the son of Donald and Shirley Beck. He leaves behind his children Crystal, Douglas, and Jamie Beck, his siblings Darlene, Donald (Rusty), Dean, and Debra. He loved spending time with his grandson Tyler Devoe. Doug spent many years coaching and umpiring youth sports. He graduated from Kaynor in ’83 and was the owner of Beck Enterprises. Passions included NFL Raiders, casino, and the beach. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 12 at 10am at American Legion on Cedar St in Naugatuck. Burial will be held at the discretion of the family.
