Heidi Jennifer Diamond 1974-2022

Heidi Jennifer Diamond of Groton, CT passed away unexpectedly on May 31st 2022. Heidi was born on July 15th 1974 to FrancEs and Robert Robbins in Norwich, CT. She was a lifelong resident of Southeastern CT, where she raised her family and maintained lasting friendships.


Heidi was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. Heidi is survived by her husband and love of her life Mark Diamond; children Roger Deojay III, Anastasia Moffatt and cherished grandson TJ Moore. She will be tremendously missed by her mother Frances Robbins, sisters Amy and Jennifer (Jenners) Robbins, brother Joseph Salimeno, nice Giovanna Suntheimer and nephew Adonis Shultz. In addition Heidi leaves behind a loving extended family of aunts, uncles and cousins. Heidi was pre-deceased by her dad, George Salimeno and her beloved animals.


Heidi lived her life with passion and will be remembered as a kind-hearted soul that would do anything for the people she loved. She was a talented artist with a creative mind that could transform any project into a masterpiece. In addition to her creativity, she will be remembered for her love of animals and compassion that let her to adopt any animal that needed her love.

Those who knew Heidi will best remember her for her sense of humor, infectious laugh, spontaneity and always being the life of the party. Heidi's personality is indescribable; she lived outside of the box because there was no box big enough to contain her.


For those who loved Heidi a celebration of her life will be held Sunday June 12th at 3:00 p.m. at the Sprague Rod and Gun Club, Sprague, CT. In lieu of flowers the family ask that you make a donation to The Lupus foundation of America and remembrance of Heidi.
