Jacqueline Francis (Kusy) Benson

November 11, 1938 – December 26, 2025

Jacqueline Frances Kusy Benson (Jackie), 87 passed away peacefully on December 26, 2025 in Manchester, CT.  Born in Hartford to Francis A (Frank) and Anne Mary LaRosa (Nancy) Kusy; she was the eldest of 4 children. Jackie married Robert B Benson November 21, 1956 and raised their family of 6 children in Enfield, CT.  They moved to Hampton, NH in the summer and Venice, FL in the winter for their retirement.  In 2000 she then moved to New York.

Some of her passions over the years were her dogs, crocheting; listening to her vinyl records, traveling and spending time at the ocean.  She always had a pocket full of mints and a beautiful smile.

Jackie is survived by her sister Frances K Cordiliko in Windsor.  She was predeceased by her brothers, Anthony Frances Kusy and Joseph John Kusy as well as a great grandson, Randall Layne.

She is also survived by her children still residing in Connecticut, Deborah Calabrese of Enfield, Robert Benson Jr & Patricia of Willimantic, Cynthia Giuliano of Suffield, Suzanne Angeloni & Daryl of Manchester, Nancy Boudah & Bob Mashiak of Somers and Terry LaVallee & Scott of Somers.  Her grandchildren: Wendi, Kristie, David and his wife Heidi, Anthony, Robert, Tiffany, Joshua, Lillian, April, Eric, Audra, Christopher and his wife Lauren, Amanda and her husband Craig, Matthew, Michael, Gregory, Kelly, Elizabeth, Victoria and Kathryn and her husband Zach;  Great Grandchildren, Nicholas and his wife Alex, Jeremy, Dylan and his wife Kim, Felicia, Jacqueline, Anna, Jayden, Brayden, Payton, Vince, Crew, Lennox, Oliver, Elliott, Amelia, Isla and Kendall; her Great Great grandson Luka;  as well as many nieces, nephews and friends.  

At the request of Jackie, there will be no services.
