It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of James Tate Herring, who was born on February 17, 1949 in Ivanhoe, North Carolina. James entered eternal rest on September 10, 2026 at the VA Hospital in West Haven, Connecticut.
He was predeceased in death by his father, Robert Lee Herring, mother Lela Robinson Herring, sisters Gloria Herring Pridgen, Hollice Herring Pridgen and brother Terry Herring.
