Jefferey Beaudry, 78, of Ellington, CT, passed away on May 8th after a battle with kidney disease.
Jefferey was born in 1947, to Albert and Estelle Beaudry in Lewiston, ME. After graduating from A.I. Prince Regional-Vocational Technical High School in 1965, he went on to apprentice as a carpenter in the construction industry.
Transitioning away from that, he landed a job driving truck for Union Meat Co., before taking up a lifelong career as a journeyman meat cutter.
In 1974, He met Jane Frankland, and they wed in 1976, going on to have a son, Benjamin. After retiring in 2008, Jefferey spent his time celebrating life’s occasions and spoiling his grandchildren.
Jefferey was predeceased by his parents, his ex-wife, Jane Frankland Jones, and his brother Rene. He is survived by his son Benjamin, his wife Laura and their children – Samantha and William – all of Vernon; his brother Peter and his wife, Joan, of South Windsor; his brother Joel and his wife, Barbara, of Hamden; and his brother Brian and his life partner, Charlene, of Simsbury.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Bernard Church, 25 St. Bernard Terrace, Vernon, CT 06066 on Saturday, June 21, 2025, at 10:00 am. Interment to follow at St. Bernard Cemetery, then a reception upon returning to the church. Flowers may be sent to the above address, the morning of mass, at least 30 minutes prior to the start time.
