Joan Diane Franco, 72 of Hartford CT passed away on Monday October 5th, 2020 surrounded by loved ones at home. She was born December 5th, 1947 in Port of Spain, Trinidad. She worked as a grandmother at Mount Olive daycare. She is survived by her son Dale Franco; grandchildren Anala Franco, Ahdon Franco, Marilyn Franco, Arnell Yarashus, and Zahir Woods; siblings Veronica Watson of Hartford CT, Claudina Franco of Long Island NY, Jacqueline Allen of Trinidad, Nola Corridon of Long Island NY and Anthony Franco of Hollywood FL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great niece and great-great nephews. She is welcomed home by her late parents Albertina and Lewis Franco and siblings Gloria Franco, Edward Franco and Alva Cummings.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday October 10th, 2020 at Victory Cathedral, 205 Bellevue Street Hartford CT 06120 at 10am.
