Jorge C. Ferrer (83) passed away at Apple Rehab November 15, 2018 in Rocky hill, CT. He was born April 23, 1935 in Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, born to the late Leonore Ferrer and the late Domingo Cruz. He had many siblings. Alicia Ferrer, (late) Rito Cruz, Salvador Cruz, Lucresia Cruz, Jose Cruz, Victoria Cruz, Olga Cruz, (late) Gregorio Cruz, Francisco Cruz, Carmen Cruz, Hector Cruz, Hiram Cruz, Myrna Cruz. Jorge retired from the MDC in Hartford, CT. He worked there for many years. He was always joking for his lifelong dream was to be a comedian. He loved to make people laugh. He will forever be remembered that way…
Jorge has survived by his loving wife of 55 years. Flora D. Cruz, His children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. His oldest son Jorge Cruz Jr (Wife) Annemarie Cruz (Grand children) Nina O Donnell (Husband) David O Donnell, Sasha Cruz, (Son) Jose Cruz, Mother of children Robin Ray, (Grandchild) Charlie Robles, (wife) Melissa Robles, (Great grandchildren) Isaiah Robles, Leah Robles, Noah Robles, Grandchild Jessica Cruz, Mary Cruz, (Son) Hector Cruz, (Daughter) Loyda Cruz, (Grandchildren) Jiovanni Fusco, Julian Fusco, Jasmine Fusco and Great grandson Luca Motuzick.
A celebration of his life will be held on Saturday December 1, 2018. From 2-4 PM At Brooklawn Funeral home 511 Brook Street Rocky Hill, CT 06067.
