ree

Joseph Martin Brzoska, 60, of Milford, Connecticut and Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, entered Heaven's gates on Thursday, October 16, 2025. He was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut on July 8, 1965, to his loving mother, Elsie Gaus. He was a devoted son, brother, father, grandfather, uncle and friend.

Joe was loved by many and had a great sense of humor. Many shared in laughter with Joe and will remember him for his sarcasm and quick witted comebacks no matter how the words came out. He was a genuine spirited guy with a big heart, who was always there to lend a helping hand.

Joe was a hard worker his entire life. He worked at Dresser Industries before going on to having his own business, A&B Construction, before moving to South Carolina in 2002. He then worked at Lowe's in Conway, South Carolina, as a millwork specialist.

Joe loved spending quality time with his family, who he loved dearly, and his beloved dog, Maggie, who was Joe's loyal companion to the end. He enjoyed fishing and taking beautiful sunrise pictures that went along with his early morning fishing adventures. He shared a love of music with his son, Joseph, and played the guitar together.

In addition to his mother, Elsie Gaus, Joe is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Ben), his son, Joseph, his grandchildren, Jahsalyn, Keirra, Max and Chloe, his sister, Dawn Brzoska, his brother, Jason King, his partner, Dee Baker, several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends as well as his loyal canine companion, Maggie.

A mass celebrating Joe's life will be held on Saturday, November 8, at 11:30 AM at Our Lady Star of the Seas, 1100 8th Avenue North, North Myrtle Beach, SC.
