Judy Fleming

Judy Kneeland Fowler Fleming passed away on February 22, 2026, surrounded by her loving family. 

Judy was the daughter of the late Clarence and Ethel Kneeland. Besides her parents, Judy was also predeceased by her son Thomas Fowler III. Two sisters Shirley Fleming and Mary Patenaude and a brother Arthur Kneeland.

Surviving Judy is her sister Andrea Maine of CT, brother Charles Kneeland of OR, and her children Tammy and Stephen Frechette of CT, Sandee and Casey Gray of WV, and Tim Fowler of CT. Grandchildren Stephen, Craig, Tiffany, Ariel, Thomas, Olivia, Marshall and Terrance along with 11 great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and extended family.

Judy was employed at Foxwoods until retiring so she could enjoy her love of yard sales, attending local auctions, flea markets and bingo. 

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday February 28^th, 2026, from 2-4pm at the Frechette home, 9 Boulder Trail, Norwich CT.

Burial will be private at the family’s discretion.
