Julie M. Cultrera, 56, passed away on October 28, 2024, in Old Saybrook. Born on November 2, 1967, Julie was cherished by all who had the pleasure of knowing her, celebrated for her perpetual good mood and creative spirit, traits that were endearing to all who knew her. She was a nurturing soul, always ready to take care of those around her. Julie's passions extended into her hobbies; she was an avid gardener, a talented cook, and a devoted animal lover. All which reflected her love for life and nature, and they brought great joy not only to her but also to those around her. Julie is survived by her daughter, Symantha Fazzino; her niece, Corinne Bard; her father, Sebastiano Cultrera; and her stepmother, Vivian Cultrera. Her kind spirit will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
A memorial service will be held at Griswold Chapel, 176 Griswold Road in Wethersfield on Saturday November 9th, at 12pm.
