June (Tyminski) Daigneault (88) passed away on August 14, 2021 at The Pines at Bristol where she was cared for by wonderful and compassionate staff. Born in Bristol, CT on April 19, 1933, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Julia (Dlugokenski) Tyminski.
She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Rene Daigneault Sr. They made their life in Bristol, CT and Edgewater, FL. June was a secretary at OZ Gedney in her early years. After raising her children, she worked various jobs but was most proud of working at the Red Cross in Farmington, CT scheduling blood mobiles. June and her husband enjoyed many years of retirement in Edgewater, FL before moving back to CT. June loved to travel and enjoyed cruises. She was an avid reader and loved Nascar (Dale Earnhardt Sr.), football (Tom Brady) and UCONN women’s basketball. June is also survived by her son, Rene (Chip) Daigneault Jr. and his wife Lorraine; daughter Pamela Roy and her husband Vinny, both of Bristol; granddaughters, Amy Mazuroski and Kristal Carpenter, both of Bristol and a step -granddaughter, Victoria Feeley of Manchester, NH.; great-grandchild, Brett Adams of Hogansville, GA and step-great-grandchild, Maria (Oliver) Proulx of Manchester, NH.
Family and friends are welcome to attend a Christian Mass which will be held Thursday, August 26 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Stanislaus Church, Bristol, CT. Private burial is at the family’s convenience. There are no calling hours. Donations in her memory may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
