Kenny Selinsk, 72 of Windsor Locks passed away, comfortably, at home in his sleep after a long illness on March 3, 2026.
Kenny is predeceased by his brother, Arthur, mother Anne (Maselek), and father, Charles Selinsk. He leaves behind his devoted wife Alice (Sherman) McCahill, sister Leslie, his stepchildren, Jennifer Charizio, Allen and Sandy Michaud and mother in law, Lorraine Sherman and countless lifetime friends. Kenny proudly served in the Navy from April 1973-March 1979, 4 of those years were on the JFK CV67. He often spoke fondly of his service to our country.
Kenny enjoyed making people laugh and spending time with his friends. He had many cherished friends from his younger years who were there with him during his last and toughest days. He enjoyed traveling with his wife and their frequent trips to Vermont and Sunday trips to find ice cream places all around New England.
We would like to acknowledge the expert, compassionate care from the nursing team from Hartford Healthcare at home Hospice and Elizabeth and Victoria from Home Helpers.
A celebration of life will be held Sunday, March 8 from 2-6 at Smalley brothers Vfw, Windsor locks with service honors from the American Legion. Private burial service at families convenience.
