In addition to his spiritual shepherding work, he volunteered on many Kingdom Hall building projects throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island as head of the cooking department. Larry held onto the promises found with the Bible and actively shared those with everyone. Larry loved being with his family and especially vacationing with them, his favorite places being Disney, the White Mountains and Hawaii. He was an avid Red Sox fan and loved anything related to Star Trek. Larry was an excellent cook, who often catered weddings and other gatherings for friends and family. Larry was a compassionate, patient, kind, generous, humble, loving man, husband and father, known for his quick wit and sense of humor, but making time for anyone who was in need. He was known as a mentor to so many.
