Leon E. Thibodeau, age 65, of Meriden, passed away at home on Wednesday, June 23, 2021. Leon was born, in Skowhegan, Maine, to the late Herbert Thibodeau and Una (Dillman) Thibodeau.
Leon graduated from Manchester High School in 1975. Leon worked various jobs, most recently at Macy’s Logistics. Leon enjoyed blues music, traveling, cooking, attending horse pulls, and cherished the time he had with his wife Chris (Lamb) Thibodeau who preceded him in death in 2018.
Leon’s survivors include his three sisters: Cindy Smith, of Bolton, Peggy Szurgot and husband Sonny of Dillsburg, PA, and Nancy Thibodeau of Manchester. Nephews Greg Pisch, wife Serena of Mechanicsburg, PA, Justin Szurgot, wife Elyse, of Mechanicsburg, PA, Connor Smith of Bolton and great-niece Brynlee Szurgot of Mechanicsburg, PA.
A service celebrating Leon’s life will be announced when scheduled.
