Lila McFarland (Ginger Lincoln)
Ledyard – Lila McFarland, 77, died peacefully of natural causes at her home on September 24th, 2020. She was born on December 24th, 1942 in Detroit, Michigan to parents Kenneth Durham and Florine White. Lila briefly worked as a Nurse, and later spent 21 years working for the Department of Corrections.
She was to celebrate 18 years of marriage with her husband, Harley McFarland, on November 21st. In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Walter Lincoln, Patty Mancini, William Lincoln, and Renee Brodie, and her stepchildren Cali McFarland, Sami McFarland, Paul McFarland, and Roni McFarland. Lila was also blessed with 9 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
Lila loved her family more than anything in the world, and will be truly missed by them and many others.
The memorial service details are to be determined. In lieu of flowers, donations in her name may be made to Hartford Healthcare at Home.
