Marian Adamo

Marian Arlene Adamo (Bova), of West Haven, Connecticut, passed away peacefully on December 5th. She was 80 years old.

Marian was born on August 17, 1945, in New Haven, Connecticut, the daughter of Basil and Marion Bova. She was a longtime resident of East Haven before later residing in West Haven.

Marian was a talented professional cake decorator, working for many years in her family-owned bakery. She took great pride in her craft, bringing joy to countless celebrations through her beautiful and lovingly made creations.

Marian is survived by her sons, Thomas Adamo and his wife Terry of East Haven, Connecticut, and Gregory Adamo and his wife Gail of Plainville, Connecticut. She is also survived by her siblings, Robert Bova and his wife Kate of Athens Vermont, Basil Bova of Seattle, Washington, and Carol Bova of New Haven, Connecticut.

She was the cherished grandmother of nine grandchildren and great-grandmother of thirteen great-grandchildren.

Marian was predeceased by her beloved son, David Adamo of East Haven, Connecticut, and her brother, Augustine Bova of Orange, Connecticut.

A private burial will be held for the immediate family.
