Marion L. Warren, beloved husband, brother, and uncle passed away on December 31, 2020 in Hartford, Connecticut.
He was born in Kansas City, Kansas on October 20, 1950 to the late Arbie Warren of Bolivar, Missouri, and Evelyn Delores Warren (née Carlson) of Canon City, Colorado. Marion had one younger brother, Larry Warren, born in 1956.
Marion moved to Brooklyn, New York in August of 1971 when he became a volunteer at the Watchtower Bible and Tract Society until August of 1975.
On August 3, 1975, he married the love of his life, Laura Christina Pettis, from Brooklyn, New York. Laura and Marion settled in Dutchess County, New York, where they lived until 2013. Since then, they have lived in Litchfield County, Connecticut. Marion enjoyed cars, airplanes, reading, skiing, camping, and gatherings of close friends and family. He will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by all who knew him.
Marion leaves his beloved wife, Laura, his brother Larry Warren, his sister-in-law, Joy Warren and his sister-in-law, Martha Jackson; his nieces Heather Melanie Blalock, Tabitha Nissalke, and Tammy Carter; nephews Stephen Warren, Sean Warren, Caleb Jackson, Mike Lee, and John Lee; and various great-nieces and great-nephews.
