Mark Alan Rogers, born in Texas on 9/22/1954, died at home in Bristol, CT on 7/09/2021 after a long and arduous battle with cancer. In the last days of his life, he was comforted on his journey by his wife, Cynthia Rogers (married for 33 years) and two sons, Evan Rogers and Brian Rogers, all of Bristol, CT. These family members were blessed to be able to hold his hand as he passed on.
Mark began work in construction for Walter Hintz Corp. before venturing into his own business, R & M Home Improvement, with long time business partner Reggie Beaulieu. He enjoyed the last few years of retirement with family and friends. He was a great neighbor to all and would offer to help with anything at any time. Jignish and Reshma showed him true friendship and he cherished that.
He is predeceased by siblings Margaret, Albert, Debbie and Paul.
He leaves behind: Siblings Mary, James, Connie, Mike Rogers and Pam Parnell.
One, very important person Mark leaves behind his beloved sister, Mary Rogers of Bristol, CT . She was always a bright light in his life and he loved her immensely. He also leaves behind two nephews, John Church Jr. of (Meriden, CT) and Kevin Church (Virginia) whom he thought of and loved as his own sons.
