Mary E. Hosmer

Mary E. Hosmer, 85, of Madison passed away peacefully at her home on April 22, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. She was predeceased by her husband Everett J Hosmer.

Mary was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother whose life was defined by love, resilience, and grace. She is survived by her four children: Beth Otworth-Gray (Laddie), Cheryl Bell (Ryan), Ralph Hosmer (Leanne), and Jamie Hosmer (Jackee), as well as her many beloved grandchildren and great-grandchildren, who brought her immeasurable joy and pride.

Mary’s warmth and generosity touched all who knew her. Her home was a gathering place filled with laughter, games, and love. She had a remarkable ability to make everyone feel welcome.

A private memorial service will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers, acts of kindness in Mary’s memory are encouraged.
