Maureen Elizabeth Wogan Prusi

Maureen Elizabeth Wogan Prusi, beloved mother, passed away June 6th, 2026, with her children at her side. Maureen, known by friends and family as “Mo”, was born September 13, 1951 to Philip Wogan and Betty (Guignet) Wogan in Beverly, MA. Maureen graduated from Beverly High School in 1969. She was predeceased by her parents, her sister Phyllis Wogan Mahalaris and sister-in-law Kathy Hardwick Wogan. She is survived by her son Nathan Prusi and his wife Andrea, her daughter Karen (Prusi) Smyth. Her siblings Michael Wogan, Cheryl Wogan, Siobhan Wogan Stevens, Nancy Wogan Devlin and her husband Rory. Her eight grandchildren Cory Smyth and his wife Bethany, Emily Smyth, Rylan Smyth, Aryana Smyth, Nathan Alexander Prusi, Sawyer Prusi, Dean Prusi, and Leila Prusi.  She also is survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Maureen enjoyed rock, crystal, and gemstone collecting, going to the beach, doing puzzles, yoga, reading, playing on her computer, caring for her cats, and enjoying movies. Her true passion in life was for her family, and she loved being with her children and grandchildren. People will remember Maureen’s curiosity, passion, humor and loving demeanor.

A Celebration of Life will be held at the Prusi Residence on June 28th from 2pm until 6pm.
