Melissa Lynn Nicholson, 61, of Middletown CT passed away peacefully with family by her side June 16th 2025 after a brave fight with cancer.
She is most remembered by her laugh, her smile and her passion for animals.
Melissa enjoyed softball, fishing (channeling), sitcoms, playing pool, music and laughing!!! She was an artist, a jokester and a quiet insightful soul, accepting of all and saw the good in everyone.
She is survived by her mother Laura Nicholson, sister Anita Nicholson, brother Dean and wife Lori Nicholson, brother Andrew Nicholson and partner Mary. Nieces Alexis and Tessa Shaggy, Darlene Fernandez and nephews Justin and Joseph and grand nieces and nephews.
A Celebration of Life will be held
August 3rd 2025 from 1:00 to 3:00pm at
Mary Stuart House Bed & Breakfast Barn
160 Sharon Turnpike Goshen CT
