Nancy Ellen Burns

January 24, 1950 - March 11, 2027

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Nancy Ellen Burns on March 11, 2026.  Born in 1950 to Virginia (Ginny) Burns Sessions and Dennis Patrick Burns.  Nancy passed away peacefully surrounded by the love and support of her family, close friends and loving  caregivers. 

Nancy lived surrounded by her loving brothers, Richard Burns( late wife Louise), John Burns, Ken Burns (Paula Jean), Dennis Burns(Sandy), Michael Burns and many beloved nieces and nephews which she involved her life in.  

Nancy’s devotion was to her Nursing career where she spent decades as a NICU Nurse.  Her fellow colleagues where some of her nearest and dearest friends.

Nancy cherished her dog Bear, was an avid reader, loved to shop, bake, travel, spend time with her nieces and nephews, celebrate the holidays with family and lunch dates with her Nursing friends.

A private family celebration of Nancy’s life will be held at a future date.
