Nicolai Savic, 100, of Wethersfield, passed away on Saturday, December, 16, 2023. Nick was born in Osijek, Croatia (formally known as Yugoslavia) on October 8, 2023 to Michael and Olga Savic. He worked for Atlantic Machine & Tool as an engineer for over 20 years. Nick enjoyed playing soccer in his youth as well as refereeing and watching the game. He also enjoyed bowling into his nineties, golfing, playing his guitar and watching westerns and movie classics. Nick was predeceased by his wife Irina of 65 years. He leaves behind his son Michael and his wife Anna; son, George and his son, Anna Manningham and her husband John along with 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.Services were private, and he is buried in Cedar Hill Cemetery, Hartford.
