Nicole was born in Newport, RI and spent her childhood between Rhode Island and Nebraska. After graduating from Portsmouth High School in Rhode Island she attended Roger Williams University. She made her way to Geogia where she met and married Steve DePaul and had two beautiful children. Through their Navy travels, she spent several years in Honolulu, Hawaii where she met some wonderful life long friends. Even though she and Steve divorced they remained friends and showed an amazing example to their children how families can remain close.

Nicole started working at Navy Federal Credit Union which paved the path for meeting the love of her life, Hal Crimm. 13 months after their first date they married in their home on December 4, 2016 and began building their blended family life together. She made an amazing home for our family.

Nicole had many passions, but none so important as being a wife and mother. She loved to cook for her family and enjoy meals around the dining table while talking about the day. Her family was the center of her world, and she dedicated her life to their happiness and well-being.

Known for her kindness, patience and unwavering support, Nicole was a pillar of strength and love. Her hardworking nature and enthusiasm for health and nutrition inspired all who knew her. She believed in the power of a healthy lifestyle, and was passionate about sharing her knowledge with others. Her legacy of love, compassion, and commitment to health will continue to inspire those who had the privilege of knowing her.
