Ricky J. Phillips passed away peacefully in his sleep on October 30, 2025, after a short illness. He was 63 years old.
Ricky was predeceased by his beloved parents, Constance and Eugene Phillips Sr., and by his brothers Eugene Jr., Joseph, and Herbie Phillips. He is survived by his brother Douglas Phillips; his son, Michael Joseph Kampfer; granddaughter, Jaylyn Diane Armstrong; grandson, Lucas Michael Kampfer; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews who will miss. him dearly.
Ricky was known for his warm heart, his love of family, and his infectious laugh that could light up any.room. He found joy in the simple things-fishing, attending state faus, caring for his cats and dogs, gardening, and spending time outdoors. He also enjoyed playing cards and board games with loved ones and could always be counted on for good company and laughter
Being surrounded by family and friends meant everything to Ricky, and he will be remembered for the love and laughter he shared with all who knew him.
A celebration of life will be held on December 6, 2025 from 1pm to 4pm at:
