Stephen P. Kacillas, 63 of Southington passed away peacefully on February 8, 2021 at home.
He was born in Southington on June 24, 1957 to Doris and the late Stanley Kacillas. He was married to his wife Mary (Bell) Kacillas for 41 years. He attended E.C. Goodwin Tech, served in the U.S. Navy. For many years he worked at the former Gene's Restaurant, Frank's Restaurant, A Correction Officer in Cheshire, M. Solomon Casket Co. and proudly served as a volunteer fire fighter for Hose Co. 3.
Besides his wife and mother who resided in Kingston,PA. He is survived by his sons, Steven Kacillas of Southington and his son Billy and his wife Deidra Anderson of Hamden. He is also survived by brothers, David and his wife Maureen (Reeve) of Nanticoke, PA and Dennis and his wife Maureen of Naples, FL. "Poppa" also leaves his cherished grandchildren Saige, Masen and Chase Kacillas. Besides his father Stanley he was proceeded by his nephew Justin Kacillas.
