Steve Edwin Bartlett

Steve Edwin Bartlett passed away peacefully on June 6, 2025. Born on February 3, 1961, Steve was a long-time resident of Griswold, CT. He had a deep love for boating and the ocean, where he found peace and joy.

He is survived by his children, Heather Theresa Bartlett and Steve William Bartlett; three siblings, and his devoted partner, Maria Piegari.

On April 27, 2016, Steve’s life changed after a tragic car accident left him paralyzed. Despite the immense challenges he faced, he remained hopeful and light-hearted. He spent the past nine years at the Hospital for Special Care in New Britain, Connecticut, where his strength, spirit, and sense of humor inspired those who knew and loved him.

A memorial mass will be held at a later date to honor Steve’s life and memory.
