Thomas James Saunders, born August 7, 1956, passed peacefully into the loving arms of his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ at home surrounded by his family on April 22, 2026.
Thomas lived a full life rooted in faith, love, and family. He had a strong love for his God, his wife Diana of 47 years, and his family. He spent most of his life in Massachusetts, where he and Diana raised their family with care and devotion.
He was the proud father of Matthew, Timothy, and Benjamin, and the loving grandfather of four grandchildren who brought him great joy. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert, and his mother, Ann. He is survived by his siblings, Paul, Patricia, Eileen, and Edmund.
Thomas worked for 33 years as a machinist at Hamilton Sundstrand, a career marked by steady work and pride. In retirement, he enjoyed life in Myrtle Beach with Diana, his church family, and his cornhole buddies. He also loved golf, coffee, his dog Zander, Patriots football, and never missed a chance to remind people that he was never wrong.
His faith was the center of his life, and his legacy will live on in the love he gave, the family he raised, and the example he set. Thomas will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
