Thomas (Tom) Wisniewski formally of Norwalk passed away at home on February 22, 2021 in Danbury, CT at the age of 72.
Tom is survived by his two daughters, Alison Kistner (Kevin) of Newtown and Erin Vasquez (Fransony) of Danbury and five grandchildren, Tucker, Madison, Logan, Milo, and Luca. In addition to his two daughters and grandchildren, he is survived by his ex-wife, Patricia Wisniewski of Danbury, brother, William of North Carolina, and nephew Marc of Connecticut. He is preceded in death by his parents and nephew, Brian.
Tom was born on August 6, 1948 in Stamford, CT to William and Alice Wisniewski. Tom had a successful painting business in lower Fairfield County. In addition to painting, Tom was known by his family, friends and neighbors for his beautiful vegetable gardens, beekeeping, love of traveling to the Caribbean Islands, reggae music, cooking, hosting parties, and renovating houses.
Interment will be private. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
