Timothy “Tiny” Pent Sr, 55, of Bristol, passed away unexpectedly on Thursday, June 25, 2026. 


Tiny was a beloved father, grandfather, mentor and friend. He was known and loved by many throughout the community. He was known for attending many local community events and festivals with his beloved Catalina Macaw, Skittles, who became well known alongside him.


Tiny was a dedicated mentor to many local skaters through CT Bike, where he encouraged teens and children not to give up when life got tough and to keep pushing forward. His kindness, guidance, and willingness to help others left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him.


He grew up primarily in Terryville and graduated from Terryville High School in 1988.


He was predeceased by both of his parents, Dora Pent and Melchiorre Pent. 


He is survived by his 3 children, Heather Wollman, Shelby Pent and Timothy Pent Jr, his 3 grandsons, Karter Gainey, Kamryn Gainey and Zayden Wollman; along with many extended family members and countless friends who will miss him dearly.
