William Fleming Howard, born September 29, 1949, of Moosup, CT died peacefully at home on September 7, 2021.
William was born in Norwich, CT the son of late John C. Howard Sr. and Edna F. Howard, also of Moosup. William enjoyed working in his shop, reading, watching the history channel, traveling with his wife and spending time with his grands. He was united in marriage on December 31, 1978 to Brenda Joyce. He leaves behind his children, Seth Howard of Moosup, Bethany Shaw and her husband, Todd, of Plainfield, Curtis Howard, and his wife, Stacy , of Middletown, Fawn Kleemann and her husband, Robert, of Preston, Joshua Howard of Moosup, grandchildren, Victoria Howard of New Mexico, grandson, David Howard of Sterling, Nick Aubin of Moosup, Tabasia Shaw of Ledyard, Joshua Howard of Moosup, Nathan Howard of Voluntown, Trinity Shaw of Moosup, Phoebe Howard of Canterbury, Ryker Howard of Middletown and multiple great grandchildren.
He was predeceased by grandson, William J. Howard of Sterling and brother John C. Howard Jr. of Moosup.
