Affectionately Known as “Bruce”

William H. Johnson, Jr., affectionately known as “Bruce,” gained his wings on August 18, 2026, at the age of 84.

Bruce was a truly beautiful soul and a kindhearted man whose warmth touched the lives of those around him. He was always willing to lend a helping hand, whether assisting others with groceries, going to the store for someone in need, or simply offering his time and care. His generosity, gentle spirit, and thoughtfulness will be remembered by all who knew him.

Bruce was creative and gifted with his hands. He enjoyed artwork and woodworking, finding joy in making and creating. He also loved football and was a fan of the New York Jets.

He was predeceased by his parents, William H. Johnson Sr. and Gladys Johnson. He leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted brother, Curtis Johnson, and Curtis’s wife, Carol, of Bloomfield, Connecticut, along with many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Bruce’s kindness, creativity, and loving spirit will live on in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.
