William James Sarles, "Billy", born in MT Kisco, NY, passed away peacefully after a complication during surgery on April 1, 2019 at the age of 58. He was surrounded by his closest family and friends. Billy lived in Meriden, CT for many years but was raised in Pawling, NY. Billy was an incredible father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He worked hard everyday to provide for his family and was the most selfless man you could ever meet. After many years together, his partner, Linda, and him parted ways but remained forever friends. He is survived by his 3 stepchildren; Stephanie, Luis and Tommy Rodriguez, whom he loved like they were his own and you would never have known otherwise. He is also survived by 3 sisters; Lisa Rieger of Pawling, NY, Karen Barnard of Newburgh, NY Jane Anderson from Patterson, NJ, and 2 brothers, Michael Sarles of Walpole, NH, and John Sarles residing in TX, 9 grandchildren: Alec, Jesenia, Gabe, Luis, Hannah, Marcia, Christian, Nadyali, and Nathan, and several nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his parents, John Sarles and Sandra Molnar, and one grandchild, Olivia Dorio. A service with a celebration of life to follow is scheduled for April 27, 2019 at 11 am at the Center Congregational Church on Broad St. in Meriden, CT. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Billy's life.
